The Medtronic Discovery App serves as a digital research platform aimed at facilitating user participation in clinical studies, patient research, and various initiatives intended to enhance the understanding of patients and healthcare professionals on their path to optimal care.

This application is designed to make research participation accessible and user-friendly. Interested individuals can easily check their eligibility, enroll, and initiate their involvement in studies directly via their mobile device. Once enrolled, participants are provided with clear, step-by-step guidance throughout the application process.

A comprehensive library of available research programs and ongoing initiatives is included within the app, enabling users to learn about the healthcare challenges being addressed, eligibility requirements, participation expectations, and any potential benefits associated with participation.

Built upon Apple’s ResearchKit platform, the Medtronic Discovery App also integrates seamlessly with Apple HealthKit.

To start using the app effectively, participants must meet the following requirements for each initiative:
